PCS Fundraising Events
Fundraisers are the main avenues we use to keep tuition as reasonable as possible, while offering a high-quality education. Parent/student participation in fundraisers is vital to the success of Pathway.
SUB SANDWICH FUNDRAISER
We sell and assemble sub sandwiches each October. This is a very successful fundraiser and is well received by the surrounding communities. We sell to businesses on Thursday and families on Saturday. Each family is encouraged to sell as many subs as possible. You are responsible to deliver the subs you sell. More details will be available closer to the time.
SENIOR HAYSTACK FUNDRAISER
This is a fundraiser for the senior class. Proceeds go toward their class trip at the end of the year. Cost – freewill donation.
ANNUAL BENEFIT AUCTION FUNDRAISER
One of our biggest fundraisers, this usually takes place in February. Families are encouraged to donate items, time, or food to the auction and think of businesses that would possibly donate an item(s) for auctioning off. Keep in mind these items should be something that you would want to purchase yourself. There will be sign-up sheets to help serve/clean up in concessions.
CHICKEN DINNER FUNDRAISER
This fundraiser helps with tuition assistance and takes place in March or April. Families are assigned a dessert to make or cash to help with this event. A sign-up sheet for serving and clean-up will go out as well.
