OUR 2021-22 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

President
Ben Stutzman
Ben and his wife, Liebe, along with their two children, Caleb and Lydia, live in the Wellman area. Although Ben and Liebe graduated with teaching degrees, they now own a business called ‘Catch’em Critters’ which works with individuals who have critters in unwanted places. This works well with Ben’s love for animals and his understanding of animal behaviors. Ben and Liebe attend First Baptist Church in Wellman.
If you were to ask what they enjoy doing, their answer would be, “We enjoy outdoor activities, gardening, and spending time with our children. We also love to travel.” Ben would also have many stories to share about his experiences with animals from naming all of their farm chickens as a child to his most challenging job.

Vice President
Torey Miller
Torey is employed by The Water Shop and enjoys serving his community by providing excellent water treatment and service. Torey is married to Amber and they have 4 children, Drayce, Cora, Ivy, and Ian. They attend Upper Deer Creek Church. In his free time, Torey enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team, watching Iowa Hawkeye events, camping, and college sporting events. Torey & Amber love Pathway because it instills the same values and principles they are teaching at home.

Treasurer
Mitch Swartzentruber
Mitch is employed by Hershberger Enterprises, LLC as the finance director. He also has a background in insurance. Mitch attended Pathway K-12 and married Sara, who is also a PCS graduate. They have three children, Aravis, William, and Theo, and attend Upper Deer Creek Church. In his free time, Mitch enjoys spending time at home, watching sports, and watching movies with his wife.

Jason King

Maintenance
Jerad Ropp
Jerad is a farmer, working on Amy’s parents’ family farm. We were high school sweethearts and have three children attending Pathway. We attend Lower Deer Creek Church. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, skiing, and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
