rental information
As a condition of using the school gymnasium and kitchen, all renters are required to sign a Rental Agreement. In certain instances, Liability Insurance may also be required.
Rental fees apply, depending upon the type of activity and group classification (e.g., PCS supporting churches, non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, or PCS families). Outstanding rental balances may result in any future request for rentals to be declined.
Expectations of Facilities Usage
1. Facility reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. All Pathway Christian School programs take precedence.
2. Alcoholic beverages, controlled substance (drugs), tobacco products and firearms are not permitted in the building or on surrounding grounds.
3. Renters will arrive and depart at the times that they designated when reservations were made.
4. Facilities will be left in the same condition in which they were found, and trash will be removed.
5. No food or drinks are allowed outside of the gymnasium, kitchen and cafeteria. Food and drinks are permitted only with prior approval by the school administration. There is absolutely no access to kitchen facilities without prior approval.
6. Gymnasium stage is prohibited and any equipment stored in stage area.
7. Pathway Christian School is not responsible for items left behind.
8. Arrangement of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the renter. Renter is responsible for cleanliness after use.
Supervision
Each group is responsible for the behavior of its members and must designate one person (group representative) who serves as group contact person with PCS administration. The group representative is responsible for communicating the Rental Agreement Guidelines, usage procedures and other information to the group members and for ensuring that group members understand and follow those guidelines and procedures as outlined.
